​Christmas cards are a wonderful way to "spread the joy of icons in the world." Join me for a light-hearted workshop in preparation for the Christmas season where I will be presenting two small icons based on details taken from traditional Nativity icons - an intimate image of Mary holding her Child and a charming view of Christ with the Ox and the Donkey. At the end of the week we will present a brief tutorial on how to turn your icon into a card.

• 5 sessions conducted live on Zoom (30+ hours of instruction). 

• Step-by-step instruction will guide every part of the icon writing process.

• Daily morning prayer, curated for this icon, will enrich the spiritual experience.

• Supply package will be mailed one week in advance of the retreat via USPS Priority Mail.

• Supply package includes either one(1) or two(2) 5x7" gessoed wooden panels, gold leaf & instructional packet for 2 designs - reflecting your registration preference.

• First-time students have the option to purchase an Introductory Kit for $12 (highly recommended). See Essential Supplies for details.

• Each session is recorded and made available immediately after class.  

• Access to recordings, progression photos and other resources are housed on Google Classroom and will never expire.​
